Clear Stamp Set Assembly

I just thought I should share with everyone how I put clear stamps sets together. It had only just come to my attention recently that some people were still unsure how to go about it, or were doing it the hard way.
Of course I would still suggest to do whatever works best for you. This works best for me.
Pop all the stamps out of the rubber sheet that they come in.

Peel the paper backing of the outside of the rubber sheet & place it inside the plastic cover.

The sticker sheet comes with a split cut down the middle of each stamp, this helps you take the paper off the image without removing the sticker from the backing sheet.
To begin, peel the paper from the split in the centre. Remove one side then the other.
This maybe done in one step if don't break join at the other end of the split.

If the join breaks & the first side comes away completely, be sure to begin peeling the other half from the centre or split side to remove.

Next peel the paper backing the foam side the rubber stamp, that matches the image of the sticker you've just prepared.

Line up the outline of the stamp with the outline of the sticker. They should be pretty much a perfect match.

Place the stamp directly down on the sticker & press firmly.

Remove the stamp from the sheet.

The image of the sticker should be perfectly in place.

Each stamp you've put together can be put back into its original place in the foam/rubber sheet.

Once all the stamps are assembled, you can pop them all in, like putting a puzzle back together.

This helps to stop the stamps from moving around inside the case. It also helps to see easily if any of the stamps are missing (which can happen quite easily if the stamps are small).
I hope this is helpful to someone, because I know it's helpful for me.

NINJAGO Card & gift tag

I find it a bit more difficult to come up with boys birthday cards, until I remember that boys like some characters that are easy enough to apply to a card & and tag. This card & gift tag are inspired by Ninjago, & of course the present wrapped up underneath the card & maltesers is Ninjago too.
Ninjago present, card & tag.

The eyebrows were made with the Owl punch, a bit of tweaking & practice. The "Happy Birthday" speech bubble was also made with the Owl punch, using the body & cutting off an ear. I also added some Versa Mark marker to give some shadow effects.

I used the sm & Lg Tag punches, plus Owl punch eyes to make this tag. I was hoping  it would resemble a  Lego head with the "happy birthday" stamp as the mouth. Of course the birthday boys favourite chocolate is maltesers. Yum.

Pop-up Present Card & Box-in-a-Bag

When we were invited to my sister in-law Carolyn's, 30th I got stuck for ideas. Till I discovered the pop-up present card. I thought Turning 30 is a nice round number, so I thought why not make a box-a-bag in matching paper & fill it with 30 Fredo Frogs.
Flirtatious Specialty designer series paper, Creative Elements stamp set, Scallop Trim Border Punch,  Decorative Label Punch, Sm & Lg Tag Punches, Wisteria Wonder & Concord Crush.

Halloween

I'm a little bit late getting these pictures up, but they're from our launch. My projects were Halloween, while Shari's projects were Christmas (which I haven't taken photo's of yet, but plan to).
Pam (Shari's mum) made up the water bottles, aren't they fantastic, all wrapped up like mummies.
I made the broom sticks (inspired from the stampin up catalogue), with a chocolate covered musk stick, there's only so much space inside those skinny cello bags. These were some of the goodies we handed out to out guests who attended.

The witches hat box was one of my make & take projects.

The other side of the witches hat box, using the Ribbon Sliders from the Holiday catalogue,  Spider Web Textured Embossing Folder, Wicked Cool, lg Scallop Circle die & Petal Cone Die.

This card was my other Halloween make & take project. I tried to keep it simple yet cram as many elements on it as I could, for a good taste of variety & some new products.

I gave everyone the choice of colour, red (Cherry Cobbler) or green (Gumball Green), the red was the most popular.
All the elements on this card included; Textured Embossing with the spider web folder, cutting with the Labels Collection Framelits, Heat Embossing with black powder & the bats stamp, stamping with White Frost Shimmer Paint & the spider web stamp, Spritzing with Markers & the new Cherry Cobbler Tulle.
